People are often concerned that to get rid of a fear or phobia, they will be subjected to unpleasant aversion therapy, i.e. they will have to go endure the fears to get rid of them. You will be pleased to hear that when NLP is used to make the change, there is no stress, in fact most people actually end up laughing!
The process I use works to re-code how your brain processes thoughts of flying (or other fears or phobias). By re-writing the neurological software, you no longer have a fear response when you are in a plane or thinking about flying. This frees you to move forward with your life.

"It worked! I mean, it REALLY worked! I confess to having been a little sceptical when you told me that only one session of NLP could sort out a fear of flying which has been tied up with deeply entrenched claustrophobia. This is a condition which has been very limiting, both from the view of planning overseas trips and enjoying them.
Well, despite my scepticism, you performed a one hour session of NLP and helped me approach my imminent flight without the usual fear. The truly remarkable thing to me was that it was one session only. The session also gave me strategies to use should those claustrophobic feelings resurface.
