Coping with Change

Coping with change is one of life's inevitable challenges. Whether it is the loss of a partner, dealing with job redundancy, or an unavoidable shift in circumstances, we can find it hard to accept these realities and often cling to how we wish things still were.

Often changes are seen as painful, negative or difficult. However more often than not, time proves them to be agents of growth. Recognising this is in part about letting go and then sorting for the positives and the new possibilities to grow yourself and your life.

Changing old habits

​What an incredibly grounded, authentic and warm approach Clive has, he is a fabulous coach and the essence of what coaching is all about!
 
I was fortunate enough to work with Clive recently to overcome an issue that has held me back for as long as I can remember, and one that I had worked on previously without success.   
Through the gentle guidance from Clive and a combination of thought provoking questions that connected me on deeper level of understanding with this issue, I was able to work my way through and achieve the outcome I have so longed for.

It was without doubt an empowering coaching session that left me with a clearer and more focused perspective that will no doubt take me to new heights!
