Confidence and Self Esteem

Confidence and self esteem are based on our view of ourselves, and it's a view that can be quite different from how others see us. We regularly short change ourselves in regard to our self esteem and knock our confidence in many ways having to cope with the many pressures of modern life.

It stops us being what we are truly capable of being.
