Beating Bad Habits
Whether it is overeating, overspending, drinking, smoking, gambling or simply biting your nails - if you see it as a bad habit, it will be holding you back. It can be worked through to a successful conclusion where you have power over your own behaviour and destiny.
I often see that overcoming a simple habit-formed behaviour releases a person to achieve far more of their potential than they thought possible. Quite apart from the obvious financial and health benefits, in beating these habits people often find more peace and positivity within, as well as other benefits occuring in their daily lives.
