Moving Forward with Mind Coaching
We live in challenging times. Now more than ever, so many of us need help with our stress and anxiety around dealing with COVID-19 - the new corona virus. It is changing how we live, socialise and view our world. Late last year I completed a stress and anxiety clinical trial in conjunction with the University of Auckland, and it really brought home to me just how common it is for people to suffer the negative effects of stress - and that was before the virus!
I have the training and experience (over ten years) to help you in this very trying time and it is my heartfelt desire to share these with you. Even better, with online coaching, we can both stay safe while you learn new coping skills.
