BOOKING WITHIN 24 HOURS
To be sure your booking is confirmed, if you are booking within 24 hours of the time, I suggest you simply call or text me on 021 0272 5511, so that I can confirm your session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Where at all possible, please give advanced notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If more than 24 hours prior, changes can be made online at Timely or you can call, text or email me. If less than 24 hours, you must call or text, or late fees will apply. Lateness to an appointment will cut into your treatment time.

LATE FEES: When less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the session will be charged (unless the slot is filled). If no notice is given, or you cancel within one hour of the appointment, 100% of the session will be charged. In the event you can't make your appointment you may give it to a friend, however you still remain responsible for any costs, (unless of course they pay). Thank you for your understanding.
